Truck Dispatch

Depending on your agreement, support may include load search, rate negotiation, broker communication, carrier packets, shipment documents, lane planning, and routine shipment coordination.
6. What equipment types do you support?
Our core equipment types are dry van, reefer, and power only. Share your equipment specifications and operating preferences so we can confirm whether our support fits your needs
7. Do I need my own MC authority?
For dispatch-only services, you need your own eligible operating authority. Leasing on with a partner carrier is a separate arrangement with its own approval process and written terms.
8. Can you work with a new MC authority?
We can review your setup and discuss available options. Some brokers have authority-age, insurance, or other onboarding requirements that may limit the freight available to a new carrier.
9. Do I have to accept every load?
No. For dispatch-only services, you review the available rate, route, schedule, and shipment requirements before approving a load.
10. Can I choose my preferred lanes and home time?
Yes. Share your preferred states, routes, availability, and home-time needs. These preferences guide the search, although suitable freight depends on current market availability.
11. Do you help negotiate freight rates?
We communicate with brokers and negotiate where possible. You review the available rate and shipment terms before deciding whether to accept the load.
12. Can you help with backhauls and reducing empty miles?
We consider delivery locations, potential reload opportunities, and repositioning miles when discussing available loads. Backhauls and reduced empty miles cannot be guaranteed.
13. Do you guarantee loads or weekly earnings?
No. Load availability and earnings depend on market conditions, equipment, location, operating costs, available hours, and broker requirements.

Pricing depends on your equipment, service scope, and support requirements. We explain the applicable fees, how they are calculated, and what is included before you proceed.

This service covers available opportunities to lease your truck on with a partner carrier. Eligibility, operating arrangements, and package details depend on the carrier and its written agreement.
21. What should I review before accepting a carrier package?
Ask about fees, deductions, insurance responsibilities, settlement timing, equipment requirements, operating restrictions, and termination terms. Understand the full written arrangement before proceeding.
22. Is a lease-on arrangement the same as dispatch-only service?
No. Dispatch-only support is intended for carriers operating under their own eligible authority. A lease-on arrangement involves operating with a partner carrier under a separate agreement.
23. Is approval guaranteed for a carrier package?
